Trey is a certified trainer in the hit book and training series, Crucial Conversations. He will be instructing us January 21st on how to lead the crucial conversations that will be necessary to help take our businesses the next level in 2015.

Trey Baker is an expert in the field of leadership training and executive development. Trey utilizes a unique combination of marketplace and ministry skills that he developed both in the corporate world, as a trainer and spokesperson for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., and in vocational ministry, as executive pastor of a 1,500-member church, to assist companies in a variety of ways.
In 2004, Trey founded The Mustard Seed Company to encourage and equip business managers and leaders to reach their full potential. In addition to leadership training and development, Trey also conducts corporate assessments and creates systems for improvement in businesses of all sizes. Trey also founded His Biz, which is a Christian networking group that meets every month in Raleigh. It’s a wonderful environment for Christian businesspeople to get to know other Christians who are working for God in the workplace.
