Gregg Green on January 20th

Gregg Green, owner of Great Harvest Bread Co. in Greenville, is an ordained minister with a powerful message to share about what God is doing in his life and business

We hope you had a wonderful Christmas and are enjoying a great start to 2016.  As we look forward to what will be a wonderful year, we would like to invite you to hear Gregg Green of Great Harvest Bread Co. speak at our first lunch of 2016 on January 20th.

LOCATION: This luncheon will take place at the  Greenville Hilton.

Gregg Green is the owner of Great Harvest Bread Co, in Greenville.  Gregg graduated from Whitworth University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Certification in Youth Ministry.  He went on to earn a Masters of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary in 2004 and most recently a Masters in Public Administration and Non-Profit Management from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington in 2014.Professionally, he has served as a Program Director with the YMCA, the Head of Maintenance at Sportsman’s Cove Fishing Lodge in Alaska, and the Interim Director of Development for the Bald Head Island Conservancy.

Ordained by the Presbyterian Church USA in 2004, Gregg has served as an Associate Minster at First Presbyterian Church of Charlotte, NC and Wake Forest Presbyterian Church in Wake Forest, NC.  Gregg also served as an Army Chaplain.  In 2009 he was deployed to the border of Afghanistan and Pakistan where he oversaw all chapel programs for 1200 soldiers, civilians, and contractors on FOB Spin Boldak; supervised the construction of four building projects; conducted 1400 hours of trauma counseling; and collected and dispersed 80,000 pounds of humanitarian aid.  He was awarded a bronze star for his service while deployed.
